Privacy Notice – Business calls by GC Soluciones

Who we are

GC Soluciones is the consultancy of Gabriel Alejandro Castro Mejía, a self-employed consultant registered in Ecuador (RUC 0925166100001; tax address: Ciudadela Kennedy, Calle Primera Oeste 111 and Av. Francisco Boloña, Guayaquil, Guayas, Ecuador).

What this covers

We call businesses to ask whether part of their admin work (orders, quotes, invoices, deliveries) could be automated. Some calls are made by Alex, an AI assistant that says it is an AI assistant at the start of each call.

What data we use

  • Business contact details published by the business itself (website, business listings): business name, main phone number, city, and short facts from its website.
  • What is said during the call: the recording, an automatic transcript and a short summary (for example, who handles a process, a preferred time to talk, or a request not to be called).
  • If you give them to us: your name, email or phone number, and when you would like to talk.

Why and on what basis

To contact businesses about our consulting services and follow up only if they are interested, based on our legitimate interest in business-to-business outreach. We do not sell your data.

Calls are recorded

Alex tells you at the start of the call. If you do not want the call recorded, say so and the call will end and will not be kept.

Who processes the data for us

  • Retell AI (voice AI platform, United States).
  • Telnyx (telephone network, United States).
  • Neon (database, European Union).

They only process the data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

  • Call recordings and transcripts: 30 days.
  • Business contact details and call notes: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Do-not-call requests: kept, so we never call you again.

Your rights

  • Stop the calls: say "stop" during any call, call +1 469 281 1360, or email gabriel@gabrielcastro.solutions, and we will not call you again.
  • Your data: you can ask for access, correction or deletion, and you can object to this processing.
  • Complaints: you can also complain to Ecuador's data protection authority (Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales).
